Betsy’s joy is helping others experience a balanced, happy, and healthy life. She was introduced to hypnosis years ago while working with psychiatrists who used it in their research. Later, Betsy successfully quit smoking with hypnosis which led her to enroll in a program to become a hypnotist. She is Board Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists (the largest international hypnosis guild) and an instructor in their program. Neurolinguistic Programming and Emotional Freedom Technique certifications followed allowing her to offer individualized and complete sessions to her clients.
Fascinated with the mind and body connection and energetic work, she received her Reiki attunement in 1994 and has been Reiki Master/Teacher since 2001. Knowing there was much more to learn about working with energy, Betsy read Donna Eden’s book on Energy Medicine. She enrolled in the two-year certification program and was awarded the Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP) designation. After an additional year of clinical work she earned the CLP designation.
Betsy is intuitive and passionate about holistic medicine and specializes in pain and stress relief, trauma, pre- and post-surgery and chronic disease. She also practices sound and vibrational healing using Tibetan and Alchemy Crystal bowls and offers monthly Sound Baths (singing bowl concerts of meditations).
Her goal is to help others achieve their mental, physical and spiritual goals, empowering them to make the changes they’d like to make easily and naturally.
